2014 was the year of success for Gunhild Carling.

Tour across Sweden, "Lets dance" on national TV, a highly acclaimed appearance in Central Park in New York City for tens of thousands of people, voted for the most popular person in the south of Sweden 2014 and numerous of national television appearances.

On this CD you can hear the 2014 melodies. The songs that was played in Central Park, the TV show Allsång på Skansen, Nyhetsmorgon and on all hundreds of concerts as Gunhild Carling and her Big Band made in 2014

Here's "Bag Pipe Blues" who was such a hit in Central Park NYC, "Spring Time In St. Paul" who got a full dance floor at Terminal Five in Manhattan to melt.

”Harlem Ghost Story” som spelades i Nyhetsmorgon Tv4 på Halloween, ”Ascona” som blev signaturmelodi för Asconafestivalen och ”When Dreams Come True” som framfördes på Harpa på Allsång på Skansen.

"Harlem Ghost Story" which was played live at TV4 Nyhetsmorgon on Halloween, "Ascona" which became the theme song of Ascona Festival and "When Dreams Come True" performed on a harp at the TV show Allsång på Skansen.

The live recording was made during Gunhild Carling Big Bands Jazz Varieté tour in January 2014.

I love this ENTIRE album!!! How to chose a favourite (Well Read Baby?!) Keenan's album is a tour de force of songs that were written now, but he's so totally internalized the style that they sound like they are from another century! The musicianship, arrangements, and the voice of Laura Windley are great. This is my fave vocal showing from Laura, too! (and she has lots of great records) Can't recommend this highly enough Alex P
